Toronto City Parks Expands its FlingGolf Program
After successfully introducing FlingGolf to their community in 2018, and seeing the "next generation" arrive on its courses, Toronto City's Parks Department will expand its FlingGolf Program to all 4 of its golf courses in 2019.

FlingGolf and Wenham Country Club raise nearly $1200 for local sports team
The early clouds cleared and it became a fantastic day to introduce 40 new players to the FlingGolf Experience at the Wenham Country Club in Wenham, Massachusetts. Players arrived from Ipswich and surrounding towns for a 30 minute clinic on the swing and short game basics and then went out to play 9 holes. Kids who had never been to a golf course before picked up the game quickly, even recording several pars just using the single FlingStick and a golf ball that they were provided by New Swarm Sports, the sponsor of the event.
Through ticket sales, the FlingGolf team raised $1185.00 to benefit Ipswich Youth Lacrosse.

FlingGolf Makes its third Major League Lacrosse All Star Appearance
FlingGolf by New Swarm and Major League Lacrosse continue their partnership for the third straight year and will feature an in game contest at the MLL All Star Game.
During the 2016 and 2017 MLL All Star Games, many of the All Stars, including Connor Buczek, Scotty Rodgers, Will Manny, Joel White and Drew Snider among others, played in the MLL All Star FlingGolf Invitational in Fullerton and Sacramento, California. In last years competition, Jeremy Sieverts won all three contest, including best score, closest to the pin and longest fling. This year, the partnership will feature a contest during the All Star game, which will be played at Harvard Stadium in Boston, on Thursday June 28.
Prior to the game, fans will be able to demo FlingSticks by New Swarm, the Creator of FlingGolf, in the Fan Zone.

Swannies may primarily be an apparel company with a cool logo that creates stylish, comfortable and fun clothing with millennial golfers in mind.
But the company’s vision is much larger.
“We aim to change the culture of golf to make it more fun and accessible,” said Adam Iversen, co-founder of Swannies Apparel.
The Swannies Party Scramble does just that. As part of this 16-city event series, teams will meet at a local brewery for pre-round drinks before taking a party bus to a local urban golf course.

December's PGA Magazine Features the Revenue Generating Capacity of FlingGolf
In its December issue, PGA Magazine details how one PGA Pro in Virginia has filled empty tee times and generated significant revenue by introducing FlingGolf to new young players and families.
He did it all with just 24 FlingSticks and an emphasis on fun.
PlusOne Sports/FlingGolf helps Boston Cannons raise funds for Boston Children's Hospital
For the third year running, PlusOne Sports is very proud to have been invited to bring FlingGolf to the Boston Cannons Annual Golf outing to help raise funds to support the Boston Children's Hospital. FlingGolf took over the second hole at the Cohasset Golf Club, and PlusOne Sports donated $25 for each participant that used a FlingStick to land their golf ball on the green. 32 players were successful, and PlusOne Sports increased the overall donation to $1000 for the event.
