Sizing Guidelines
Match your body type to the right stick
Junior
Kids 7 & under — start with a Junior FlingStick but may quickly move up to a Short.
Short
Shorter women and younger kids may enjoy a Short FlingStick for easier control.
Medium
Anyone of average height and strength can play with a Medium — the most popular starting point.
Long
Above average height and/or strength? Go with at least a Long for better leverage and distance.
L·XL·XXL
Full power players — the Ballistick. Most competing men use a Ballistick. Most women prefer a Stinger.
