Based on course logistics, both the Individual and Team Tournaments will be limited to 72 participants. The LFC will be limited to 50 participants, but may be expanded.

The Individual Tournament will be held on Saturday, July 16th. We anticipate that the 18-hole preliminary round will finish around 12:30pm, with the 9-hole finals beginning at 2:00pm. The 18-hole preliminary round of the Team Tournament will begin on Sunday, July 16th at 8am, with the 9-hole finals wrapping up around 3pm. For the full schedule click here.

Absolutely. Family and friends are welcome to attend and cheer on the participants, free of charge.

To be close to the course, we would recommend staying in Greely, Loveland or Fort Collins. There are many hotels in the area and Air BnBs are also a good option.

It may be cheaper to ship your FlingsStick to your hotel than check it on an airplane. Check with your hotel about their shipping policy.

There will be cash prizes for the Individual and Team Events, usually for the top 3 finishers. The cash prize is based on the number of registrants. The Individual Tournament will have a separate trophies and cash prizes for the Mens and Womens division.

There will also be awards for each event, including an award for Top Newcomer, Top Military and Top Senior (63+).

The tournament will follow the World League FlingGolf (WLF) Official Tournament Rules, including the Event Format and Associated Rules. PLEASE NOTE: the rules may be modified or updated up until the beginning of Tournament play. We anticipate several rule clarifications will be issued in mid-June. In addition to posting on this page, we will send out any updated rules to registered players as soon as they are made.

Boomerang Links is an 18-hole course. Click here for the hole by hole pars and yardages (scorecard coming soon). PLEASE NOTE: While, as a general rule the men will play from the White Tees and the women will play from the Red Tees, it is likely that the tees and yardages will be modified by WLF to optimize play for FlingGolf. We will be using specific WLF tee markers to mark the tee locations for men and women.

Yes. Golf carts may be used throughout the tournament but they are NOT included within the registration fees and must be purchased for an additional fee at the clubhouse. Current rates are $34 per cart for 18 holes (i.e., $17 per player).

Only New Swarm/FlingGolf FlingSticks may be used, without custom modifications other than the use of a Putting Slug or customized grips.

This is a "pure" FlingGolf event so only one FlingStick may be used.

You may use any regulation golf ball for either event.

Collared shirts are NOT required and you may wear shorts and other casual wear. However, since it may be filmed for television and/or sponsored 1) we ask that you dress in a neat and presentable manner and 2) there may be additional restrictions or guidelines on logos.

While it is currently not anticipated that the event will be filmed for national distribution, there may be a local film crew filming all or part of the event. In addition, we anticipate there being other representatives of the local media.
