Forbes declares FlingGolf a "Legit Sport"
But we already knew that.
Noting the increase in international play including expansion to Thailand, growth of World League FlingGolf and player rankings, an upcoming association, and play in 55+ communities, Forbes sees what we all see: A sport that is growing in popularity among multiple age groups and demographics, and one that is here to stay.
"The sport’s footprint has swelled. Back in 2021, FlingGolf had been played on more than 1,000 courses. Today, that number has tripled, the game has reached more than 40 countries and FlingGolf events have appeared on ESPN five times. Thailand is the latest addition to the sport’s growing country count."
