On August 19, Woodstone Meadows Golf Course, venue of the upcoming 2015 Virginia Commonwealth Games FlingGolf tournament, exceeded 1000 paid FlingGolf rounds. Brett Mowbray, PGA, Golf Operations Manager for Massanutten Resort (owner of Woodstone Meadows) has gotten the word out and is seeing golfers bring their non-golfing friends and kids out with them. People who have never visited the course are now using it for FlingGolf. Brett is seeing greatly increased revenue from greens fees, cart rentals, and pro shop purchases. Thanks Brett and congratulations on being the first 1000 round FlingGolf course in the country! We are looking forward to the tourney on September 19!
