Ice Shaker Becomes Official Bottle of World League FlingGolf's LFC-4

May 2, 2024.  Amesbury, MA and Southlake, TX.  The two Shark Tank Alumni team up to present the 4th challenge for the LFC Belt as part of World League FlingGolf's second stop on the New Swarm Tour.

Ice Shaker, the brain child of Chris Gronkowski, former NFL player and member of the famed football and entrepreneurial family, will be returning as a sponsor for a World League FlingGolf event this May.  This marks the popular shaker bottle's second FlingGolf sponsorship, dating back to the WLF New Swarm Classic (as seen on ESPN) in 2022, also at American Classic Golf Club in Lewes, Delaware. 

In this year's event, Ice Shaker will be supporting the athletes of the LFC-4 Longest FlingShot Championship on Friday May 17.  The first LFC-1 took place in 2019 at Granite Links Golf Course in Quincy, MA, with the title going to Sean Lawton, a former professional lacrosse player, with a flingshot of 252 yards. That mark remains the official record.

With a hiatus during the pandemic, the LFC-2 took place at the New Swarm Classic in May of 2022, with the belt going to Brooks "Big Country" Medford with a bomb into heavy winds and a flingshot of 220 yards.  Boomerang Links Golf Course in Greeley, Colorado, hosted the LFC-3, with WLF star Sam "Scantron" Scannell firing a flingshot into a thunderstorm at 207 yards.
