    How to Play

    SPOILER ALERT: FlingGolf isn't about annoying rules. Seriously, go ahead and rip out half the pages of a regulation golf rule book. As if you even have one. All you need is a New Swarm FlingStick and a regular golf ball. Just count your shots from tee to hole, like counting strokes in regular golf.

    Quick Start Rules

    On the Tee

    Take as many steps as you like while hurling the ball toward the hole just make sure to launch before you reach the tee marker.

    In the Fairway

    Note where your ball lies. Retreat up to 5 paces away from the hole and take your shot before reaching your previous lie.

    On the Green

    Position the ball alongside the striker pad on the FlingStick head and putt the ball toward the hole.

    PENALTIES

    Sand Bunker

    Take a 1-stroke penalty and remove the ball from the bunker and play from a spot within two (2) FlingSticks from the point of entry, no closer to the hole.

    OR

    Without taking a penalty, you can play the ball as it lies (i.e., don't pick it up) using a sidecar or similar technique.

    Staked Hazard

    Take a 1-stroke penalty and remove the ball from the hazard and play from a spot within two (2) FlingSticks from the point of entry, no closer to the hole.

    OR

    Without taking a penalty, you can play the ball as it lies using a sidecar or similar technique.

    Out of Bounds or Lost Ball

    Take a 1-stroke penalty and play the next shot from a spot within two (2) FlingSticks back from where the ball went out-of-bounds or was last seen, no closer to the hole.
