American Classic Golf Club and the Summer FlingGolf League

Once Austin Ebersole, the Golf Pro at American Classic Golf Club, heard about FlingGolf, he knew it would be a great fit for the 9 hole, par 32 course.  The club, located in Lewes, Delaware, has a relaxed approach to golf, so bringing in a few FlingSticks to start was a natural.  Pretty quickly, the staff all started playing, then friends and community members picked up a FlingStick, joined the fun and suddenly there was critical mass to start the Summer FlingGolf League.

Every Monday evening of the summer, players competed in a team scramble format, with teams being mixed and matched each week.  Players accumulated points each week until the winner emerged. 

Players included virtually every age group, men and women, families, club members, and others from the local community who heard about the league.  Regardless of their age, they all had a blast competing in the SFL.
